KAIJULEGION.COM deals in vintage toys and custom soft vinyl figures and collectibles. As such, the following points should be noted before purchasing from me:

1. CUSTOM FIGURES

Customized figures are hand painted and hand crafted. Therefore, some flaws and irregularities are common with these items and should be expected. Detailed photos are provided for each item and accurately represent each product to the best of my ability.

2. VINTAGE TOYS

I specialize in vintage and out of production and out of circulation toys and collectibles. Due to age and circulation, these items will normally have some kind of wear or discoloration and should be anticipated when purchasing. Detailed photos are provided for each item and accurately represent each product to the best of my ability. Condition of both items and packaging if applicable is noted in the individual product descriptions for full disclosure. Please read descriptions and review product photos carefully before purchasing.

3. ORDER FULLFILLMENT

This website is not my full time job. I do my best to fulfill and ship orders in a timely manner. But depending on what day of the week the order is placed, I may not be able to fulfill the order immediately. As such, please allow 3 to 5 days for your order to be processed. Of course, I will try and process your order much sooner as time allows.

Return and Refund Policy

At KAIJULEGION.COM, your business is very important to me and is never taken for granted. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I will be happy to discuss any problems you may encounter when purchasing from me.

However, KAIJULEGION.COM deals in vintage, used, out of production, one of a kind and hand crafted products exclusively. The types of specialty items I offer can often be difficult or impossible to obtain or replace. As such, it is my firm policy that I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for any reason, other than the following:

Your item is received in a condition other that what is represented in the photos and product description.
You receive the wrong item.
The item is not as described or depicted in the photos.

All returns must be requested in advance, and must include the following information:

Your name, address, e-mail and telephone number.
A brief description of why you wish to return your item.
Photos of any damage or defect not present or noted in the product photos or description.

Return requests must be submitted via e-mail to james@kaijulegion.com within 30 days of purchase.

I reserve the right to refuse any return request at my discretion.

Any returns sent back to me without prior approval will not be returned or refunded.
